She is the Founder and President of Pantera Technical Services, a certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and has served as an On-the-Job Training provider for Vocational Rehabilitation students since 2019.Tatiana also serves on the Orange County Commission on Aging Board, where she advocates for programs that improve the quality of life for seniors. Her commitment to public service includes volunteering with the Lake Mary High School Robotics Program and serving as a registered volunteer for Florida State Representative Daisy Morales. Fluent in English and Spanish, Tatiana brings a diverse background in business, finance, government relations, and healthcare.
